It's very simple to operate by screwing in the strong screws on both ends tightly after you install the bar on your door frame. The screws are large size. It can be screwed in tightly by hand. There's also a locking key inside the color box. It's better to use the key. The bar is made of heavy duty seamless steel tube that can hold up to 150KGS at its shortest length.
